Attorney Kathryn L. Bolinger
Kathryn attended Central Michigan University and graduated with a B.S., majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Legal Studies. After graduating from CMU, Kathryn attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated cum laude with a concentration in Litigation. While at Cooley, Kathryn was awarded multiple certificates of merit for her academic performance.
Attorney Bolinger's academic achievements were not the highlight of her time in law school, however! During law school, Kathryn's proudest achievements were giving birth two her two youngest children (who would later be joined by a third child a few years later). Attorney Bolinger spends her free time raising cattle, a small flock of chickens, and Golden Retriever puppies with her husband, and their 5 children.

Kathryn focuses her practice on Criminal Defense and Family Law. Kathryn has experience in all areas of felony and misdemeanor criminal defense, including achieving positive results cases involving Drug charges, DUI/OWI, Traffic Offenses, Criminal Sexual Conduct, Assault, Domestic Violence, Assault, Retail Fraud, Juvenile Crimes and other crimes.
In Family Court, Attorney Bolinger has extensive experience handling divorces, custody, grandparents rights, adoptions (including step-parent adoptions) child support, alimony, and property settlements. Attorney Bolinger also has extensive experience representing parents and children in Abuse and Neglect (CPS) cases, as well as juvenile delinquency cases.
Having been through a divorce and custody issues herself, Kathryn understands the confusion, fear, and anxiety that come with facing a divorce or custody issue. Kathryn's own life experiences allow her to bring a unique perspective that drives her to achieve the best possible results for her clients.
Kathryn also handles some civil court matters, including Landlord-Tenant, Evictions, Foreclosures, and other issues.
